Tenerife Car Tours and Walks Guidebook

This guidebook describes 80 long and short walks, plus 5 car tours around Tenerife. The walking routes are suitable for all abilities and include walks along country lanes, nature trails, and high into the mountains, including El Teide. These walking routes are primarily in the north of the island, including the Orotava Valley, Las Cañadas (El Teide), the Teno peninsula and the Anaga peninsulas. The south of the island is covered by the La Gomera and South Tenerife walking guidebook by the same publisher.

For each walk there is a full description and a map of the route.  Plus there are free downloadable GPS tracks for all the walks.

Published in March 2020 by Sunflower Books this Tenerife guidebook is now in its 10th edition, and was the very first walking guidebook for Tenerife. The guidebook also includes 30 very short picnic walks, and 5 car tours that are shown on a fold out touring map.  Also included are town maps of Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz.
