Equipped with; the patented red/black north/south lines in the capsule for quick and correct course setting, north indicator on the red end of the compass needle and luminous markings for navigation in the dark. The new version of the Ranger 3 is fitted with the new compass housing made from Dryflex, chosen for best performance and a positive tactile feeling. Built in magnifier for detailed map reading. Map measuring scales mm, 1:25k and 1:50k.
