The twenty graded, circular routes vary in length from three quarters of a mile to 8 and a half miles, and have been designed as a simple programme for those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The routes give the walker the chance to experience West Sussex at its very best. There are walks over unspoilt heaths and exhilarating hills with dramatic views; beside tranquil rivers, canals and lakes; parkland and nature reserves with their wealth of wildlife; and through beautiful valleys, ancient woodland and unspoiled villages.
